Article 1.

Takmičenje je za učenike iz celog sveta, uzrasta od 12 do 18 godina (5. i 8. razred osnovne škole u Srbiji, 1. do 4. srednje škole u Srbiji). Organizuju ga Centar za razvoj kreativnosti Cezar i Regionalni centar za talente Bor. The competition is for youth school students from around the world, aged 12 to 18 years. It is organised by Center for development of creativity Cezar and Regional center for talents Bor.

Article 2.

Službeni jezik Takmičenja je srpski. The official language of the Competition is Serbian.

Article 3.

Pitanja za takmičenje odnose se samo na predloženu literaturu koja se nalazi u onlajn formi na web stranici takmičenja. Ova literatura relevantna je za uzrast učenika koji su učesnici ovog takmičenja. Nakon završenog testiranja, rezultat mora da se snimi i učenik mora da sačeka poruku da je rezultat snimljen. Priznaju se poeni samo kompletno tačno odgovorenog pitanja. Questions for the competition is only from the proposed literature, which is in the online form on the competition website. This literature is relevant to the age of students who are participants in this competition. After completing the test, the result must be recorded and the student must wait for the message that the result has been recorded. Points are added only for a completely correctly answered question.

Article 4.

Na takmičenju svi učesnici moraju odgovoriti na pitanja na srpskom jeziku. Učenici škole kojima srpski jezik nije osnovni jezik mogu tokom rešavanja koristiti rečnike. Pomoć srpskog prevodioca tokom Finalnog takmičenja nije dozvoljena, već samo upotreba rečnika.  On the competition, all participants must answer the questions in Serbian language. School students whose Serbian language is not the primary language can use dictionaries during the competition. The help of the Serbian translator during the Final Competition is not allowed but only the use of the dictionary.

Article 5.

Takmičenje se realizuje u četiri nivoa. The competition is being realized into four level:

  • Školsko takmičenje – First level of the competition:
    • ​Online registracija učenika škole: rok je 01.03.2021. Nema ograničenja na broj učenika iz jedne škole, mogu se prijaviti svi zainteresovani učenici, pratioc učenika je mentor: može biti roditelj ili nastavnik. Online registration of school students: deadline is 01.03.2021. There is no limit to the number of school students from one school, all interested school students can apply, the student’s companion is the mentor: he can be a parent or a teacher
  • Okružno takmičenje – Second level of the competition:
    • Selektivno takmičenje u školama: 6. marta 2021, online – sa početkom u 10h, Evropska vremenska zona Beograd. Selective competition in schools: March 6, 2021, online – starting at 10 am, European Time Zone Belgrade
    • Ovaj nivo takmičenja je bez kotizacije za učenike. This level of competition is free of charge
  • (ZBOG KORONA VIRUSA – onlajn) Republičko takmičenje – Third level of the competition:
    • Kvalifikaciono takmičenje između škola: 17. april 2021. , sa početkom u 11 sati, Evropska vremenska zona Beograd. Qualification competition between schools: April 17, 2021, starting at 11 am, European Time Zone Belgrade
    • Ovaj nivo takmičenja je bez kotizacije za učenike. This level of competition is free of charge
  • Međunarodni nivo takmičenja – The fourth level of the competition:
    • Kotizacija za ovaj nivo takmičenja je 30 eura po učeniku. Registration fee for this level of competition is 30 euros per school student.
    • Zbog korona virusa, kotizacija za ovaj nivo takmičenja je 15 eura po učeniku. Registration fee for this level of competition is 15 euros per school student. 

Article 6.

Okružno takmičenje – Selective competition in schools:

    • Selektivno takmičenje za prijavljene učenike škole, realizuje se putem interneta putem stranice takmičenja. Selective competition for registered school student, is realise online via the competition site.
    • Učenici škole prijavljuju se na stranicu takmičenja sa svojim lozinkama. School students log into the competition site with their passwords.
    • Vreme testiranja je 45 minuta i ima minimum 20 pitanja. Testing time is 45 minutes and has minimum 20 questions.
    • Rezultati takmičenja biće objavljeni na sajtu takmičenja nakon obrađenih svih testova. The results of the competition will be publish on the competition site after processed all tests.
    • Broj bodova postignutih od strane takmičara je procenat uspešnosti testa. The number of points scored by the competitors is the percentage of the success of the test.
  • Prvo mesto osvajaju takmičari sa brojem bodova od 90,00 do 100. The first place is for the competitors with the number of points from 90.00 to 100.
  • Drugo mesto pripada takmičarima sa brojem bodova od 75,00 do 89,99. The second place is for the competitors with the number of points from 75.00 to 89.99.
  • Treće mesto je za takmičare sa brojem bodova od 65,00 do 74,99. The third place is for competitors with number of points from 65.00 to 74.99.
  • Najbolje plasirani takmičari mogu učestvovati u narednom kvalifikacijskom takmičenju (prvo, drugo i treće mesto). The best placed competitors can participate in the next Qualification Competition (first, second and third place).

 Article 7.

Republičko takmičenje – Qualification competition between schools (održava se onlajn zbog virusa):

  • Republičko takmičenje za učenike iz Srbije održava se  pismenim testom u Boru. Qualification competition for participated school student, is realise online via the competition site.
    • Učenici iz Srbije moraju biti prisutni u Boru. School students log into the competition site with their passwords.
    • Vreme takmičenja je 45 minuta i ima minimum 20 pitanja. Testing time is 45 minutes and has minimum 20 questions.
    • Rezultati takmičenja biće objavljeni na sajtu takmičenja nakon obrađenih svih testova. The results of the competition will be publish on the competition site after processed all tests.
    • Broj bodova postignutih od strane takmičara je procenat uspešnosti testa. The number of points scored by the competitors is the percentage of the success of the test.
  • Prvo mesto osvajaju takmičari sa brojem bodova od 90,00 do 100. The first place is for the competitors with the number of points from 90.00 to 100.
  • Drugo mesto pripada takmičarima sa brojem bodova od 80,00 do 89,99. The second place is for the competitors with the number of points from 80.00 to 89.99.
  • Treće mesto je za takmičare sa brojem bodova od 75,00 do 79,99. The third place is for competitors with number of points from 75.00 to 79.99.
  • Najbolje plasirani takmičari mogu učestvovati na narednom Međunarodnom nivou takmičenja (prvo, drugo i treće mesto). The best placed competitors can participate in the next Final Competition (first, second and third place).

Article 8.

Međunarodni nivo takmičenja – Final Competition (održava se onlajn zbog virusa):

    • Svi učenici škole koji su se kvalifikovali na Međunarodni nivo takmičenja dolaze na takmičenje. All school students that have qualified for the Final Competition, they come to the competition.
    • Takmičar koji nije platio kotizaciju za ovaj nivo takmičenja, ne može da učestvuje na takmičenju. A competitor who has not paid the registration fee for this level of competition cannot participate in the competition.
    • Takmičenje je po grupama određenim na dan takmičenja, zavisno od broja takmičara koji su stigli u Bor, Srbija (Evropa). The competition is by groups determined on the day of the competition, depending on the number of competitors that arrived in Bor, Serbia (Europe).
    • Takmičenje počinje u 12 sati, pismeni test ima minimalno 20 pitanja, vreme za rešavanje testa je 45 minuta. The competition is starts at 12 pm, the written test has minimum 20 questions, the time for solving the test is 45 minutes.
    • Tokom takmičenja učenik škole samostalno rešava test na srpskom jeziku. During the competition, school student independently solve the test in Serbian.
    • Takmičari kojima srpski jezik nije osnovni jezik, mogu koristiti rečnike tokom takmičenja. Competitors whose Serbian language is not the primary language, can use dictionaries during the competition.
    • Pomoć srpskog prevodioca za vreme takmičenja nije dozvoljena, dozvoljena je samo upotreba rečnika. The help of the Serbian translator during the competition is not allowed, only the use of dictionaries is permitted.
    • Svaki takmičar koji na bilo koji način ometa druge takmičare tokom takmičenja, komunicira sa njima ili sa menadžerom grupe tokom takmičenja, automatski je diskvalifikovan. Any competitor who in any way disturbs other students during the competition, communicates with them or with the group manager during the competition, is automatically disqualified.
    • Kada sve grupe završe takmičenje, preliminarni rezultati biće dostupni na sajtu nakon obrade svih testova. When all groups complete the Final Competition, preliminary results will be available on the competition site after processing all the tests.
    • Broj bodova postignutih od strane takmičara je procenat uspešnosti testa. The number of points scored by the competitors is the percentage of the success of the test.
    • Prvo mesto osvajaju takmičari sa brojem bodova od 95,00 do 100. The first place is for the competitors with the number of points from 95.00 to 100.
    • Drugo mesto pripada takmičarima sa brojem bodova od 90,00 do 94,99. The second place is for the competitors with the number of points from 90.00 to 94.99.
  • Treće mesto je za takmičare sa brojem bodova od 85,00 do 89,99. The third place is for competitors with number of points from 85.00 to 89.99.
  • Ukoliko takmičar ili bilo koji drugi član takmičenja na bilo koji način ometa, ponizi ili ometa rad komisije, on će biti isključen iz takmičenja. If the competitor or any other member of competition, in any way disturbs, humiliates or interrupts the work of the commission, he will be eliminated from the competition.
  • Žalba zbog rezultata učenika ili rada komisije, daje se organizatoru takmičenja isključivo u pisanoj formi na srpskom ili engleskom jeziku, koju overava organizator, original ostaje organizatoru. Complaint about the school student’s results or work of the commission, is gives the organizer of the competition exclusively in written form in the Serbian or English language, which is certified by the organizer, the original remains to the organizer.
  • Žalba treba biti čitko i sažeto napisana s odgovarajućim činjenicama. Žalbe sa vulgarnošću, nepristojnim izrazima neće biti razmatrane. The complaint should be legibly and concisely written with adequate facts. Complaints with vulgarity, rude expressions and disdain will not be considered.
  • Rok za prigovor je 1 dan od dana objavljivanja rezultata na sajtu takmičenja. The deadline for complaint is 1 day from the day the results were published to the competition site.


Samo mentor koji prisustvuje takmičenju može dobiti sertifikat o mentorstvu! Only a mentor attending the competition can obtain a certificate of mentorship!

PRAVILNIK O ISPUNJENOSTI TEHNIČKIH USLOVA UČESNIKA ONLAJN TAKMIČENJA

 
  • SAMO UČENICI KOJI SU SE REGISTROVALI ZA SAJT I KOJI SU POPUNILI PRIJAVU ZA ONLAJN TAKMIČENJE, MOGU DA UČESTVUJU NA TOM TAKMIČENJU;
 
  • ORGANIZATOR JE OBEZBEDIO SVIM UČESNICIMA MOGUĆNOST DA SE LOGUJU NA SAJT TAKMIČENJA I NE SNOSI ODGOVORNOST UKOLIKO NEKI TAKMIČAR TO NE USPE (LOŠA INTERNET KONEKCIJA UČESNIKA, PREKID U KOMUNIKACIJI I SLIČNO);
 
  • На следеће питање може да се иде тек када се одговори на тренутно постављено питање. Када се на питање одговори, нема више враћања уназад на претходна питања. Након завршеног тестирања, резултат мора да се сними и ученик мора да сачека поруку да је резултат снимљен.
 
  • UČENIK SA ISTIM USERNAME I PASSWORD U ISTO VREME SME SAMO SA JEDNOG UREĐAJA I INTERNET PRETRAŽIVAČA DA BUDE LOGOVAN NA SAJT TAKMIČENJA. IMAMO EVIDENCIJU KADA I SA KOJE IP ADRESE SE LOGOVAO, PA UKOLIKO DOĐE DO PROBLEMA U TOKU TAKMIČENJA NE SNOSIMO ODGOVORNOST;
 
  • UČENICI TREBA DA RADE TESTIRANJE NA DESKTOP ILI LAPTOP RAČUNARIMA. IMAMO EVIDENCIJU KADA I SA KOJE IP ADRESE SE LOGOVAO, PA UKOLIKO DOĐE DO PROBLEMA U TOKU TAKMIČENJA NE SNOSIMO ODGOVORNOST;
 
  • NE ČEKAJTE ZADNJI TRENUTAK, PROVERITE DA LI MOŽETE DA SE LOGUJETE NA SAJT TAKMIČENJA SA SVOJIM USERNAME I PASSWORDOM. UKOLIKO NE MOŽETE DA SE LOGUJETE NA SAJT TAKMIČENJA, MORATE OBAVEZNO SA VAŠEG MEJLA KOJI STE PRIJAVILI PRILIKOM REGISTRACIJE, DA NAM POŠALJETE NA MEJL SMAJSOFT1907967@GMAIL.COM PORUKU KOJA ĆE DA SADRŽI SLEDEĆE PODATKE: NAZIV TAKMIČENJA, VAŠ USERNAME , EMAIL ADRESA, IME I PREZIME, ŠKOLA, MESTO, RAZRED, DA BI SMO MOGLI DA REŠIMO PROBLEM, NAJČEŠĆE JE ZABORAVLJEN PASSWORD ILI LOŠE UNET USERNAME NPR.   • UKOLIKO IMA PROBLEMA U TOKU TAKMIČENJA, UČENIK MORA OBAVEZNO ZA VREME TAKMIČENJA DA SA SVOJE EMAIL ADRESE KOJU JE PRIJAVIO PRILIKOM REGISTRACIJE ZA TAKMIČENJE, NA NAŠ MEJL SMAJSOFT1907967@GMAIL.COM POŠALJE PORUKU SA OPISOM PROBLEMA KOJI ĆEMO U ŠTO KRAĆEM VREMENU ZAJEDNO POKUŠATI DA REŠIMO. UKOLIKO NAM PORUKA STIGNE POSLE TAKMIČENJA ILI SA NEKOG DRUGOG MEJLA, SMATRA SE NEVAŽEĆOM JER NIJE STIGLA U ZADATOM ROKU I SA MEJLA KORISNIKA KOGA IMAMO U EVIDENCIJI;
 
  • Sačekaj da se snimi rezultat, pa tek onda izadjite sa sajta i ponovo udjite na sajt i vidite da li piše da je snimljen test. Ukoliko nije snimljen, za vreme takmičenja odmah nam se javi mejlom da bi smo mi proverili o čemu se radi.
 
  • KADA SE ZAPOČNE TESTIRANJE, MORA DA SE ODRADI DO KRAJA I DA SE SAČEKA DA SE SNIMI OSTVARENI REZULTAT. U SUPROTNOM SE SMATRA DA JE TAKMIČENJE PREKINUTO I UČESNIK ODUSTAO OD TAKMIČENJA
 
  • UČENIK SAMO JEDNOM SME DA ODRADI ONLAJN TEST, IMAMO EVIDENICIJU I UKOLIKO IMA VIŠE PUTA URAĐENO TESTIRANJE KOMISIJA IMA PRAVO DA ODLUČI DA LI ĆE DISKVALIFIKOVATI UČENIKA ILI PRIHVATITI SAMO ONO TESTIRANJE SA NAJNIŽE OSTVARENIM REZULTATOM
 
  • PRIJAVLJIVANJEM ZA ONLAJN TAKMIČENJE, SMATRA SE DA UČENIK PRIHVATA SVE NAVEDENE USLOVE TAKMIČENJA
